The long straight is where I put all the inter-board connections using MOLEX connectors. One had a single long piece of the layout. Interestingly, the 4 table sections each had a different number of track sections on them. I didn't want to try and hook up a dozen power connectors between each table, so I put in jumpers between the sections of track. Not pictured is the jumpers I installed between the sections of track on each divided section of the table. Oh yeah, and I still need to add a few short walls to keep cars from landing in neighboring track when they crash. I'll probably also paint it some day, because it's just not very visually appealing. Some auto-leveling feet like on an appliance would be especially nice. I like my table leg solution, but if I can come up with a way to install adjustable feet, I might do that. In fact, I may cut down my 'fingers' because they just don't need to be so long and sticking out so far. I'd probably use something more along the lines of J-Trak, though with something a little faster than bolts and nuts to hold the pieces together. I went a bit overboard with those, and they make stacking pretty much impossible, which causes problems with transport. If I were to do anything differently, it would probably be to come up with a way for the walls to not be permanent. I'll just install wiring with the appropriate plugs to connect each table to the other.

I have the advantage of a track that will only go together in one way, so I don't need to come up with a universal power connection system like J-Trak does. I already have some ideas on how I'll be going about that. I expect when it gets used again, I'll want to spend some time installing a few power jumpers. That said, I haven't set it up very many times, nor have I spent any time enhancing the continuity of the power. The LexLok allow for movement without losing their hold, and the foam gives as needed for expansion. Having used CaptainKev's LexLok system to hold the track to the table, and foam carpet underlay for the infill/border surface, expansion and contraction has not been an issue.
